 8老师， 我给姐姐申请绿卡， I-130 在2014年已经批准了，我也拿到收据了。 priority date 是2010年， 目前F4类排到2007年。

 如果排期快到了， 是应该给我petitioner 还是我姐姐beneficiary 发信通知？ 还是不需要uscis的信， 直接看网上排期到了， 就filing I-485表？

-If your sister and her family members are physically present in US when the priority date is current, they just file I-485 (i.e., 直接看网上排期到了， 就filing I-485).

If they are present in China and you indicated in the I-130 that they will apply for the immigrant visa in China, NVC will contact you and send you the instructions for the required documents. You just need to follow the NVC instrcutions to do what they ask.
