非常感谢， 明白了。 谢谢8老师。还有一个问题， 到时候我外甥（姐姐儿子）就over 21了， 外甥是不是就不能filingI-485了。

我给姐姐是2010申请的 ， 外甥当时6岁， 2014 年12月I-130批准， 现在估计要等到2025年以后才能filing 485， 那到时候外甥应该超过21岁了， （priority date is 2010 年10月）， 不知外甥还能跟着姐姐filing 485 吗？ 谢谢8老师！

-If the priority date is current before your nephew turns 25 years old, he should be able to file I-485. By the way, your sister and her family members need to have a legal non-immigrant status when they file I-485 such as B2, F1, H1, H4, etc.
