我有出生证公证件，但是兄弟没有。我是否可以现在File I-130，然后再补他的出生公证？

-You had better provide all the required documents at one time, but not hurt you to try. If USCIS accept it, they will send you RFE later, then you can provide it. If they reject your application, they will return your materials and the payment, then you can re-file it after you get your brother's birth certificate.

这样能有个早点的priority date。补出生公证能主动补吧，这样是否不会延长处理时间。

如果等他办了出生证公证以后再提交I-130的话，估计要等2个月。这个方法比较保险吗？
