公司给OFFER时注明给办绿卡，但写明绿卡拿到三年内不得离开，否则退还全部费用。我19年6月拿到绿卡，且总共在这个公司工作了近6年（到今年12月）。现在有好机会，我可以离开吗？有人说公司的OFFER不合法，但我签了字。我必须明年6月后才可离开吗？谢谢！
