1. 不知道国内的弟弟需要准备哪些公证材料？
-His birther certificate, marriage certificate and divorce certificate, Non-criminal record certificate, his child birth certificate.
2. 弟弟离婚， 有孩子，但是没有小孩的监护权。 看孩子有两个选项accomany and follow to join。 不知道这两个选项有什么区别。
accomany 就是和弟弟一起申请一起来美？
-Yes, apply for the immigrant visa together and come to US together.
那必须要有监护权才能选accomany吗？
-Yes, your brother needs to get the 监护权 and also get the agreement letter from the child's mother that she agrees the child to immigrate to US with the father.
3. 这个national visa center online case需要在多长时间内把材料交齐呢？有什么样的时间限制吗？
-Your brother needs to submit and DS 260 application for the immigrant visa and all of the required support documents within one year from the date you got the National Visa Center notice.
4. 递交完online application, 一般多久可以安排到广州移民签证面谈？
-Case by case. Hard to say.
