follow to join也需要有监护权吗？
-Yes, the requirments are the same as "Accompany".
因为有可能孩子的妈妈不肯把监护权转给我弟弟， 不知道应该怎么办?选哪一个对小孩子比较好? 毕竟希望孩子能尽快来美国，正好开始上小学，可以尽早适应。
另外8老师提及孩子的妈妈要给一封信她同意孩子与父亲一起移民美国, 请问即使有监护权公证了, 这封孩子妈妈的信也是required的吗？
-Yes.
这封信是否也得到公证处翻译并公证？
-The letter must be translated into English following the USCIS's translation requirement, not have to do 公证. But you had better do the 公证 because the 公证 agency know how to translate it to meet the USCIS requirement.
