求教8老师

8老师，我于2019年已经CP面试过，AP审查时间过长因排期倒退没能issue 签证。最近排期到了，我收到了这封信：

我收到此信后，将简历提交到了指定的邮箱，但是还没有收到回信（已有3个工作日了），记得19年的时候AP行政处理也提交简历，当天就收到自动回复的信说已收到。还有，我还需要重新填写DS260，重新付费吗？我对此有点疑惑。上次审查用了10周左右，这次不知道需要多久。麻烦8老师帮我解惑！谢谢！
