8老师，关于上次的情况，您说不用重新填写DS260，估计我的情况太负责。结果现在领事馆又来信要求我把DS260表填写，打印提交。

是领事馆搞错了，还是我确实应该重新填写提交？还要重新付费吗？领事馆联系一次就要1个星期，太难了。希望8老师能及时看到，帮帮忙。谢谢！
