借人气帮朋友问个移民问题：哥哥帮弟弟申请亲属移民，排期已经到了，但在申请485的时候，哥哥又不同意提供经济担保，所以I-485不能file。在这种情况下，弟弟能不能请另外的人担保？

-The beneficiary can find a joint sponsor to provide the financial support. But the sponsor (elder brother) still needs to file an I-864, and the joint sponsor also needs to file another separate I-864. The joint sponsor can be any US citizen or any green card holder.

谁碰到过这种情况，怎么处理的？或者有没有好的华人律师推荐？-Any immigration lawer can handle this kind of cases because it is very simple.
