亲爱的8老师，

昨天听了您的建议,问了隔壁法律版的老师 ，他说可以跟procecutor negotiate down to civil penalty, from class 2 misdemeanor.我想问问您，如果是civil penalty

1)对绿卡renewal有影响么？-Not at all.

2）对回国再回来入关有影响么？-No.

3）对申请公民有影响么？-No.

4) civl penalty也是记录跟一辈子么，还是过一段可以消除， 我在AZ.-No. It will not appear in your criminal record. It just requires you to pay the fine, just like traffic ticket.
