关系于civil penalty对身份的影响，请问8老师

亲爱的8老师，

昨天听了您的建议,问了隔壁法律版的老师 ，他说可以跟procecutor negotiate down to civil penalty, from class 2 misdemeanor.我想问问您，如果是civil penalty

1)对绿卡renewal有影响么？

2）对回国再回来入关有影响么？

3）对申请公民有影响么？

4) civl penalty也是记录跟一辈子么，还是过一段可以消除， 我在AZ.
