我的出生公证按照新的格式要求已经重新做好了，还是在以前用的那个公证处，他们有我过去的档案，调出重新做很快。
再问您几个问题：
- REF信上没说必须寄original certificate, 您上次也说过了、不必寄原件，可以寄彩色扫描复印件，那我就寄复印件-Pgotocopy or printed copy is enough.
- REF 信上说：
REF 原因- birth certificate - does not meet country requirements
然后列出了拿哪些Supporting documents 去公证处办公证， 我本人的照片，我父母的死亡证明等，我们过去的户口本等
最后说：
Please submit a birth certificate for NNN which meets those requirements, including the certificate stating that the English translation is in conformity with the Chinese original. 这些公证处都给做好了。
然后信是这样结尾的，应该是是一个标准格式：
Please return the requested information and all supporting documents with this original request on top to USCIS:
问：我知道我要把重新做好的我自己出生公证复印件和RFE信寄回去， 也会附上我新更新的护照的复印件。但是我们交给公证处的所有Supporting documents 都要再寄一份给USCIS 吗？-No. Just send your entire new notified birth certificate including the translation parts like your sister's.
my own photos, my parents death certificates, 户口本上的信息、我的户口和我父母的户口都已经注销了，户口本也是表格式的，咋翻译啊？找朋友翻译？只翻译不用公证这些supporting documents 了？-Not need these documents unless USCIS request it specifically.
I am not so clear on how to handle those supporting documents with USCIS.
我想一次把该寄的东西都寄全。
