问关于我绿卡的信息。

您的指点是“Put the city where the USCIS Field Office near you is located, i.e. where you were interviewed.”

我当时拿绿卡时没有interview步骤，绿卡直接寄给我的。
我查了官网https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-a-uscis-office/field-offices，没有field office的list和地址查询功能，无法查找到local field office,不知道是否因为COVID-19的原因，移民局关闭了查询功能。

我们住在Chicago, IL 60615.

请教8老师： 您知道离我们近的field office在哪里吗？有其它链接可查询码？我们该填什么？

这个地址和Part 4, 61.a.City or town, 61.b. State应该是一样的，对吗？ 

Part4.61.a.，61.b. 问的是受益人（我小孩）“The Beneficiary is in the US and will aplply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in __(city), __(state)”.
