尊敬的8老师，您好！

我家小孩8岁，B-2入境。我绿卡，在填表为小孩file I-130 and I-485 together/concurrently （F2A）。填表遇到问题想请您赐教：

I-130：

Part 2 
40.a  Class of Admission: 填我的绿卡上的category code, such as "E26" ?-Correct.

40.b. Date of Admission: 填我的绿卡批准时间，

或绿卡上的"residence since"时间？-Yes, but it should be the same, isn't it?

Place of admission 
我的绿卡是Nebraska Service Center,NE 处理的，因此
40.c.City or town填USCIS Nebraska Service Center？-Put the cilty where the USCIS Field Office near you is located, i.e. where you were interviewed.
40.d State填NE？-See above answer.

Part 4
46.b. I-94 Arrival-Departure Record number最后两位是“A2”，可是表格此处只允许输入数字，不能输入字母。不知是否是表格设计的一个bug。能否表格打印出来后，最后两位“A2”手写填入？-Use another computer to try it. If you still cannot type it, just print it out and write it by hand writing.

51.a.Employment info.填"Unemployed"还是“N/A” ？-N/A is fine.小孩才8岁，"Unemployed"(失业)好像并不确切。

61.a.b. 填USCIS office的城市和州。File I-130 and I-485 concurrently 应该寄往USCIS Chicago Lockbox，因此 
61.a. 填Chicago ？-No. Put the city where the USCIS Field Office near you is located.
61.b. 填 IL？  

Part 5.
1. Have you ever previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien ? 
请问： 选Yes还是No ? -Say "No".

我拿到绿卡（EB2 NIW）的时候，爱人在国内。我后来填I-824 follow to join,爱人在国内广州拿移民签证来美获得绿卡。她绿卡上的category code是E22。

(我的理解：问题中的"petition"这儿是特指1-130家庭移民类申请，我爱人是属于依附于我的职业移民，应该选NO，也不需要在下面空格提供她的信息。但是我不确信，请您指正)。-Correct.

Part 1. 
20.a. Place of last arrival into the US. 当时来美航班的目的地应该是芝加哥。但是航班上有人突发medical emergency，飞机中途紧急临时降落Anchorage,Alalska. 由于停留时间长，当地的CBP给乘客办理了入境手续，护照上盖了stamp。然后飞机再飞往芝加哥，乘客芝加哥下了飞机后没有办理什么手续直接出关了。

请问：这儿是否以护照上的stamp为准，20.a. 填Anchorage， 20.b. 填AK ？-Correct.

23.c. Status on Form I-94, 应该填B-2吗？表格此处只允许输入字母，不能输入数字。不知是否是表格设计的一个bug。能否表格打印出来后，手写填入？-Just type "Tourist" or "Visitor".

 

24. 一直B-2，是否这儿不用填留空？-Fine.

Part 2. 
1. I am filing this Form I-485 as 我的理解小孩应该是principal applicant ？-Correct.

11. Are you applying for adjustment based on the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) section 245(i)? 我的理解是选 NO ？-Right.

12. Receipt number of underlying petition (if any): 我们是File I-130 and I-485 concurrently，还没有I-130的receipt number，这里留空不填吗？-Yes.

13. Priority date from underlying petition (if any):移民局还没有收到I-30申请，这里也留空不填吗?-Right.  

Part 3.
11. employment history: 8岁的小孩，是否这儿不用填留空，还是填“N/A”？-Either.

Part 5.
2. If you are married, is your spouse ---? 这儿是选“N/A”，还是什么都不选 ？-Leave it blank.

Part8
61. Are you exempt from the public charge ground of inadmissibility ? 选 “No” ？-Right.

从62.a 到62.n,不用勾任何一项？ -Correct.
