Q1: Part1. 15.b. current visa expiration date 我现在的H4是到今年8月1号，已经延期至2023年的8月1号。还是写Grace period 结束的日子？这三个日子要写哪一个？

-Put "2023年的8月1号" if this extension was approved.

Q2: Part2. 3.b. New status and effective date of change 这个要写8月17号学校秋季开学的日期吗？-Put the I-20 effective date there.

Q3: Part3. 3.a. Is this application based on a seperate petition or application to provide your spouse, child or parent an extention or change of status 我的理解是NO, 对吗？-Correct.

但是我先生要跟我一起提交I539A，所以有点困惑，还是选A, YES, FILED WITH THIS FORM 539?

Q4: Part4. 4. Has an immigrant petition EVER been filed for you or for any other individual included in this application 我们的绿卡申请只进行到 I140, 这个问题是NO 吗？-You need to say "No" , but your spouse needs to say "Yes" to the same question if asked in I-539A because his employer filed the I-140 for him.

Q5: Public benefits 不是很明白这个。今年stimulus check有收到，算吗？-No. Choose "No, I have not received any of the above....".

 

还是选No, I am not certified to receive any above?

最后一个不是填表问题。如果我先生转为F2，未来找到工作再转H1B时是不需要再参与抽签的吧？-Correct.

我理解是不用，想求证一下。

我们这种情况是不是不能申请unemployment benefit的？
