Q1: Part1. 15.b. current visa expiration date 我现在的H4是到今年8月1号，已经延期至2023年的8月1号。还是写Grace period 结束的日子？这三个日子要写哪一个？
Q2: Part2. 3.b. New status and effective date of change 这个要写8月17号学校秋季开学的日期吗？
Q3: Part3. 3.a. Is this application based on a seperate petition or application to provide your spouse, child or parent an extention or change of status 我的理解是NO, 对吗？但是我先生要跟我一起提交I539A，所以有点困惑，还是选A, YES, FILED WITH THIS FORM 539?
Q4: Part4. 4. Has an immigrant petition EVER been filed for you or for any other individual included in this application 我们的绿卡申请只进行到 I140, 这个问题是NO 吗？
Q5: Public benefits 不是很明白这个。今年stimulus check有收到，算吗？还是选No, I am not certified to receive any above?
最后一个不是填表问题。如果我先生转为F2，未来找到工作再转H1B时是不需要再参与抽签的吧？我理解是不用，想求证一下。
我们这种情况是不是不能申请unemployment benefit的？
