又读了一遍移民局来信，还是很疑惑

非常感谢8老师的帮助！！网上其他信息也是像您说的一样：NVC会寄给我爸爸(petitioner) instructions for next steps.

但是信上的确写着：

The NVC will contact the beneficiary of this petition with further information about immigrant visa processing steps.

You shoud allow ...... If you have not received any correspondence from the NVC within 30 days ...

看起来好像是说我哥哥beneficiary会收到关于接下来instruction的信。下一段又说如果我爸爸30天之内没有收到信的话可以和他们联系。所以我爸爸也同样会收到关于接下来instruction的信？
