申请白皮书Reentry Permit 后申请公民的问题。

我2014 年回中国工作，申请了白皮书Reentry Permit.,2016年Renew 了白皮书一次。于2017 年8月回美国工作。请问我现在是否可以申请公民？绿卡2021年11月过期，想在此之前入籍。请各位老师指点。多谢！
