请教8老师，老公绿卡5年前来美入关时得了warning. 住了2 周后回国一直没来 因为得了stroke 面麻 至今嘴歪。明年一月要来美国怎么办？一来电脑上有warning, 二来5年没来 因为面麻。绿卡明年10月过期。 海关会让进来吗？有朋友说可以加拿大用美国驾照入关容易 。老师请指导下？先谢谢
-Do you mean he has never been US since he left about 5 year ago? If yes, his green card has been void. I also don't think he cannot use his illness as justitication for the SB-1 visa application to reinstate his green card because it seems his illness does not prevent him to return to US on time.
So, my suggestion is that he may just abandon his green card and then, apply for B2 visa to come back to US.
