1、申请B2 会被拒吧？原因-现有warnings 绿卡，还有老婆是公民所以有移民倾向. -Normally it is fine.
2, 现在重新申请绿卡， 好像也行不通。 原因- 现有绿卡还没过期。-Abandon the void green card first. If you cannot get the B2 visa after giving up the green card, your spouse can sponsor your green card.

就按实际说病了 也能从脸上看到。还需要医院证明 。 -The CBP at the port of entry has the right to deny your entry. Also, I don't think you will win the case if you enter US and go to the immigration court. As I said, the illness cannot be considered to prevent you from travel. If you lose the case in the court, you will be deported and thus, you will have big trouble.

如果老师说B2可以， 那么以后还能办绿卡吗?-Yes, but you had better wait for about 3 months to apply fro the green card after entering US using B2 visa.
