我的 employment-based (EB2 down to EB3) I-485 已经outside normal processing time 5个多月了。几个月前，当我得知我的 case 已到达 current processing 时，就曾经emailed USCIS 多次。回答总是“Your case is in posting processing” or “Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days”.
今年六月份，TSC来信告知:我的 case 已经转到 National Benefit Center。但至今，没收到NBC的消息。另外，我的工卡更新申请也没有消息。工卡已过期了。请问这算 out of status 吗? 我曾在七月份请Congressman Office 帮忙，至今也是没有消息。请问，我改怎么办？我可以找Congress office and Senator office 同时帮忙吗？
