我的 employment-based (EB2 down to EB3) I-485 已经outside normal processing time 5个多月了。几个月前，当我得知我的 case 已到达 current processing 时，就曾经emailed USCIS 多次。回答总是“Your case is in posting processing” or “Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days”.
今年六月份，TSC来信告知:我的 case 已经转到 National Benefit Center。但至今，没收到NBC的消息。另外，我的工卡更新申请也没有消息。工卡已过期了。请问这算 out of status 吗?
-No. If you filed EAD renewal before the EAD expired, you still can continue to work for 180 days after the EAD expired during you are waiting the EAD renewal approved.
我曾在七月份请Congressman Office 帮忙，至今也是没有消息。请问，我改怎么办？我可以找Congress office and Senator office 同时帮忙吗？
