选Yes      然后Part 3 从2-28 有关Family Member的什么都不用填，因为父母两个人的是分开的。-Correct.

我现在是legally separated, 2018年tax filing status is married filing separately. 我需要在这里写1还是0?-Put "0" because your spouse does not need you support.

在这个part里需要包括我妈妈吗? 如要包括，该算在哪一项里? Item 6?  -Correct, put "1" in Item 6, which indicates that you sponsored your mom in another petition.

 

 

Part 6. Sponsor's Employment and Income

这里是该用税表里的total income还是adjusted gross income?-This is your estimated current salary (total) of 2019. Get the employment verification letter from your employer and provide it with the I-864.

 

 

24.a.b.c 是过去三年的adjusted gross income-Correct.

2018我是married filing separately, 可以列出来我自己的收入-Yes. Provide the copy of your tqx return and W2 of 2018 (required).

但2017和2016我是married filing jointly, 是不是就把两个人的adjusted gross income填上去？-No. If you filed a joint tax return with your spouse, put the amount in Box 1 of your personal W2 of 2017 and 2016. Provide the copies of the joint tax incomes and your personal W2 (this is optional, not required).

 

 

Part 7. Use of Assets to Supplement Income (Optional)

虽然我的收入过了125% poverty guideline, 但收入不高，我能否也提供银行存款？大概有20来万存了快半年了。-Up to you, not have to.
