提交I-864需要同时递交我的护照或公民纸吗？

 

Part 3. Information About the Immigrants You Are Sponsoring

选Yes      然后Part 3 从2-28 有关Family Member的什么都不用填，因为父母两个人的是分开的。

 

29. Total number of immigrants 为1? 

 

 

Part 5. Sponsor's Household Size

我现在是legally separated, 2018年tax filing status is married filing separately. 我需要在这里写1还是0?

在这个part里需要包括我妈妈吗? 如要包括，该算在哪一项里? Item 6?  

 

 

Part 6. Sponsor's Employment and Income

7. My current individual annual income is:

这里是该用税表里的total income还是adjusted gross income?

 

24.a.b.c 是过去三年的adjusted gross income

2018我是married filing separately, 可以列出来我自己的收入

但2017和2016我是married filing jointly, 是不是就把两个人的adjusted gross income填上去？

 

 

Part 7. Use of Assets to Supplement Income (Optional)

虽然我的收入过了125% poverty guideline, 但收入不高，我能否也提供银行存款？大概有20来万存了快半年了。
