本人绿卡刚失业，可父母马上就要探亲签证了。给签证官的信是要写清楚自己失业的状态还是最好别写工作的情况？可以提供银行证明。

另外，爱人有工作，但是以前邀请其父母，在美超期了。这个情况会影响他单独或与我共同邀请我父母探亲签证吗？敬请回复。先谢过了！
