-Either. You are not required to write a letter to the VO, but send invitation letter to your parents to invite them to visit you and address that you will cover their costs during their travel. Read the US Consulate/Embassy website.
另外，我们有绿卡，还需要提供护照和I94复印件吗？-Just provide the copy of your green card.
