-The I-485 interview appointment notcie should be sent from USCIS and the interview location should be in the local USCIS field office in your area.
I am sure this notice is not for I-485 interview, but for immigrant visa interview. This letter must be from National Visa Center (NVC). So, check the notice carefully. If it is just like what I think, just reply to NVC that your mom has filed I-485 adjustment of status within US, and ask them to stop processing the paperwork in NVC.
If you file confused, just contact USCIS.
