8老师你好，我现在PD current，可以提交I485，但是老婆现在在国内，想请教下：

  1. 老婆最快也需要1到2个月才能以H4身份来美国，这样我可不可以先提交我的485，然后等她过来了再提交她的485？-Yes. Proivde the copy of your I-485 filing receipt notice with her I-485 filing in this case. 和同时提交比有什么不利的地方吗？-Not different.
  2. 她后来单独提交485时还需要缴费吗？-Yes.如果我的485先被批准拿到绿卡，H1B身份失效，她的H4是不是就跟着失效了？-Yes.那她到时还能在美国等着绿卡吗？-Yes if she files I-485 before your I-485 is approved.她在拿到绿卡前会变成什么签证身份呢？-Adjustment of Status if she has pending I-485.
  3. 我去年年底时提交了I824，申请把我批准的I140的AOS改成CP，现在I824还在pending，我想问下，如果老婆先不来美国而在国内走CP程序的话，是不是我只要提交自己的I485就可以了，不用再提交一份I824了? 到去年提交的I824被批准时USCIS就会把我的信息发给DOS去让老婆走CP程序？-No. You need to file a new I-824 for her to use Following to Join benefits after you get the green card which will take a long time. The old I-824 will be void after you fiel I-485 unless you withdraw your pending I-485.  So, your spouse had better come to US using H-4 visa and file I-485 within US.
  4. 我的是NIW的I140，是不是485pending期间可以跳槽，不用受限于180天的那个规定？-Correct.这个月可能要换工作，所以想确定下
  5. NIW的140，申请485时应该不用提交J表吧？-Correct.
