  1. 如果我先提交的话，还需要提供结婚公证吗？-No. But your spouse needs to provide the copy of it when she files I-485.
  2. 我提交485的时候是不是可以同时免费为spouse提交I824？-You can file I-824 any time fro your spouse following to join, but it is nopt free and USCIS will not approve the I-824 until your I-485 is approved. 这样是不是有个保险，万一她没法来美国，可以走国内的CP，然后即使她来美国了也不影响到时候她提交I485？-Correct. But if your I-485 is aprpoved before she enters US, then she has to stay in China to apply for the immigrant visa becuse she cannot get the H-4 visa anymore and she also cannot get the B2 visa due to immigrant intent.
  3. 我485提交后AP拿到前是不是不能出国了，即使我有有效的H1B签证的情况下？拿到AP后就可以自由出国了吧? -You can leave US any time dueing the I-485 pending and come back use H-1 visa or AP. But if you use AP, then your spouse cannot get the H-4 visa anymore.
