我今天宣誓，父母上周来美。

有同事说父母来美三个月才能开始申请。

我在网站上没找到这个要求啊。

请教8老师和各位大侠，我到底现在可以开始申请吗？
-There is not law to limit that, but normally most people wait for about 3 months in case the IO consider that you have the immigrant intent before you enter US using B-2 visa (visa fraud).
