八老师你好，

我结婚已五年，老公去年四月EB1A绿卡获批，我时隔八个月后递交自己的485，结果收到信件说我缺485前一步的材料，但是我已经交了老公的140与485获批797及绿卡复印件，而且follow to join并不需要经过130。我是不是需要连老公的140申请原件（已注明我一同申请）也上交？还是缺其他材料？

-The documents I suggested are enough. I really do not know what is wrong. You had better visit the local USCIS Office to see what they suggest. You may hire a lawyer to do it for you. By the way, do you have a legal status currently, e.g. B-2, etc.? If no, then you can not file I-485.

此外，有没有可能是是我寄去芝加哥而不是达拉斯的lockbox导致的？
