我不存在L签证的问题，因为我在老公申请绿卡期间回国一年，去年以B2入境美国，满三个月后才递交申请。

-Then, it should be fine. Probably the IO in the mailroom is too inexperienced. You had better visit the local USCIS Office and explain why you are qualifed for I-485 filing, and see what they suggest.
