我还是移民身份，父母恰巧正在美，不知马上要出台的新政策是否可以适用于他们？所谓的extremely hardship 是否是申请的关键？ 先谢过各位的时间和指教。

-I don't know what your question mean. Are you a green card holder or US citizen? If you are  just a green card holder, you can not sponsor your parents' green card, no matter what.
