I 693 was not submitted.

you will be required to submit a valid, completed, and signed I693 at a later date,

-It seems your mother just submitted the I-485 a few weeks ago, right?

我想问一下大家，是现在自己打印好填好i693带去给医生，还是等他们通知。

-Your mother had  better conduct the physical exam now (the I-693 report is valid for one year, anyway). Thus, you can provide it when USCIS send her RFE for the I-693.
