妈妈申请绿卡I 693事宜请教

给妈妈申请绿卡，递的时候没有一起递I693,现在来了一封notice，

I 693 was not submitted.

you will be required to submit a valid, completed, and signed I693 at a later date,

我想问一下大家，是现在自己打印好填好i693带去给医生，还是等他们通知。
