3. 今天收到 Immgration Visa

1。我女儿还能否申请移民？ CSPA (Child Status Protection Act) 是否适用？
-Yes. CSPA age = your child current age - your I-140 pending dates
Note: I-140 pending dates = I-140 approval date - I-140 receipt date.
If your child's CSPA age is less than 21, then you can file I-824 for her to apply for the immigrant visa by suing following to join benefit. But if her CSPA age is > 21, then she is age-out.
By the way, why didn't you file I-824 for her when you filed DS 260?
2。若可以申请，她应该在哪儿提出申请? 中国，加拿大还是西班牙？
-If she is the permanent resident of Canada, then she can apply for the immigrant visa in Canada, otherwsie she needs to apply for the visa in the US Consulate in Guangzhou, China, not in Spain in any cases.
