８老师你好，我前段时间问过你关于我公婆绿卡和回美问题：
我公公的绿卡在今年６月批了，我婆婆的还没批，他们去年８月回的国，AP 是去年８月批的。这周我接到一封信要我婆婆
重新打指纹和做体检（I-６９３），说是过期了，１１月５号去打指纹，可我婆婆现在在中国，尔且最近他们不想来。我和我老公很着急，８老师，请帮忙看我们该怎么办让我婆婆拿到绿卡？谢谢８老师！

-It seems your mother in law's AP expired, right? If so, she can not rteturn to US to do the physical exam and biometrics. Thus, her I-485 will be denied.

If her I-485 is denied, you can file I-824 to ask USCIS to forward the I-130 to NVC for process for her to apply for the immigrant visa in China.
