-No B-2 visa anymore due to immigration intent.

NVC 是美国在中国的大使馆吗？

-No. After your spouse files I-864 and the I-824 is approved, USCIS will forward the approved I-864 and I-130 to NVC for processing, then NVC will contact your spouse and send him the instructions. Then, he just needs to follow the NVC instructions and  provide what NVC ask.

如果转到NVC for process，多长时间她能拿到绿卡？

-About one year or more.

是需要去广州打指纹吗？

-She needs to go to the US Consulate in Guangzhou to apply for the immigrant visa.

还有我公公的绿卡在今年６月批了, 但婆婆不能来，他不想一个人来，８老师，能你告诉我如何给我公公办白皮书，这样他现在不来，也能保住他的绿卡。

-Your father in law must enter US to file I-131 for the reentry permit. Then, he can leave US after he conducts the fingerprinting (it may take one to two months).

等婆婆绿卡批了，他们可以一起来美国。他们快８０岁了，办绿卡有没有对老人的优先权？
