还有一个问题

在填n400的时候，在回答yes or no 的那些问题时，有的是说if “yes”， 再一个问题是“yes” or “no”。如果上一个问题我的回答是“no”，那我这个问题还要选“yes” or ”no“ 吗？还是不填？比如说：

part 11.

7. A. Have you ever not filed a Federal, State, or Local tax return since you became a Permanent Resident? 我的回答是 “no”

B. If "yes", did you consider yourself to be a "non-U.S. Resident"? 那这个问题是空着不check “yes” or “no” 吗？
