-It is the city name where the local USCIS Office (Field Office) is located, e.g. Atlanta in Georgia. You can find the one in your area at this website:

（4）我几年前为国内的Sibling 申请130己批， 在D. Other information 的第2项的place of filing 是指我所在州吗？
