只有在485才要求递申请人的出生证明。国内办出生公证到寄来至少一个月。我想是否先递130，等130批后再递485，
-No problem. Your father can file I-485 any time after you file I-130 (provide the copy of I-130 receipt notice or the copy of I-130 approval notice).

这样会不会反而等更久？
