1 我在2013年已经获得J1 豁免到14年底，豁免后由于各种原因在J1 延期到今年7月（项目编号未变）。学校和我都不知道是否会导致之前的豁免失效。 我要重新申请J1 豁免才能递交485吗？
-Technically, after you got the J-1 waiver, you can not extend your J-1 status. But you may just provide your current J-1 waiver proof for the I-485 filing to see what will happen. Also, the Chinese Embassy/Consulate will not give you second time J-1 waiver after your first time J-1 waiver. See the following at:

2. I-485 表 Part A “current uscis status” 该如何填写？ 其后Expired date 又该如何处理？例如 DS 2019 是2015 7月1日， 宽限期是到8月1日。A: J1 and expired 07/01/2018 , B ：J1 grace period and expired 08/01/2018。 选A或B?
-Put "J-1' as your current status, and the status expiration date is the current DS 2019 expiration date, not grace period ending date.
我这种情况是否会因I-485申请时没有有效签证会导致I-485 失效?
-No because it is < 180 days.
3. 领导由于家中有事，目前已回国，在我I-140表申请上， part7 是1.g 选的是她 applying for adjusting of status，但现在是否需要她 和我同时递交，还是等我递交完后， 她从国内递交？
-She can not file I-485 because she is not in US physically.
还是必须要进入美国后递交?
-Yes.
她又如何进入美国呢？
-I don't know. She may try B-2 visa, but if she uses B-2 visa to enter US, she had better not file I-485 until she enters US for at least 3 months in case USCIS may think she has visa fraud.
