I am filing the Form I-130 petition for my father, concurrently with his Form I-485.

Form I-130, petitioning for my father’s immigration. Supporting documents are:

2. Copy of my Naturalization Certificate.
3. Copy of my Birth Certificate.
4. Original copy of Relationship Certificate, certifying the relationship between my father and myself.
5. Marriage certificate of father and mother.
Form I-864, Affidavit of Support. Supporting documents are:
1. My tax return for Year 2008 (joint with my husband).-Should be the copy of tax return of 2014 and the copy of your W-2 of 2014, not 2008.
2. My recent pay stubs for the past 6 months.
3. Your employment verification letter from your employer.
Form I-485. Supporting documents are:
1. two checks with a total of $1070-One check of $1070
a. Check 1: $985 filing fee.-No.
b. Check 2: $85, biometric fee.-No.
2. Two 2"x2" photos.
3. Copy of Form I-94.
4. Original copy of my father’s birth certificate.
5. Copy of my father's passport, including the pages with nonimmigrant visa.
