The problem is my husbend's old TN was expired on 4/27/2015. His renewal is still pending. His renewal application was received on 4/22/2015 . Can he go to border to get TN? Then get TD for me?

My daughter got her H4 in port entry. will her H4 be expire in 1 week too? She is in China right now. Will she have touble get back in August?
