我打算换工作了，但是突然EB2排期到了。
我问过公司律师，人离开公司他们是不撤回140的。
所以我打算交上485，receipt拿到后再H1B Transfer 跳槽。
这样是不是可行？

1， 由于我要离职，所以就要找外边律师帮我交485。我之前移民手续都是公司律师办的，突然叫外边律师帮我办，会不会有啥麻烦？

2，交485要交EVL，我现在有一份公司的标准EVL，recipient是USCIS的。不过上面只写了我现在在这个公司工作，和salary等，没有写将来还要雇佣的意愿，这样行么？
-Had better add something to the letter like that: "The position, terms and conditions described in the Labor Certification for the I-140 immigration visa will still be available to XXX (your name) after his adjustment of status to the permanent resident".
要不要再写一份有将来雇佣意愿的给HR签？但我怕不是公司律师让他们签，他们是不会签的。
现在一方面想把手续办好，能既换工作又拿绿卡成功，一方面又怕暴露自己，公司对我不利或撤回140。所以很纠结，8老师能不能告诉我应该是怎样的一个策略？
另外，有没有有经验的移民律师推荐？
