小弟是 eb-2, 通过网上也知道提交485时要提交如下材料：
The main applicant should have:
- Copy of I-140 approval notice (unless filing concurrently or based on pending I-140)
- Copy of your latest I-94
- Copy of all I-797 approval notices, I-20s, OPT cards, etc. (will vary depending on the various statuses you have held in the U.S.)
- Copy of your Birth Certificate
- Copy of your Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of Divorce Decree for previous marriage (if applicable)
- Copy of your passport (both current and old passports – blank pages are not needed)
- Color copy of your Driver’s License or State ID
- Six passport style photographs
- Recent monthly Bank Statement (only if also filing for spouse and / or children).
- Medical Examination performed by an authorized physician
- Letter of support from employer sponsor
If any document is in a foreign language, you will need to have it translated and provide both the foreign language document and the translated document.
我的问题是：
1. 关于出生证 。 80年代及以前出生的都没出生证， 并且我的出生地和户口所在地不是同一城市. 出生证要怎么办理？
2. 关于中文证件翻译。
(A)出生证有翻译模板没？
(B)结婚证有翻译模板没？
(C)能否自己翻译？还是找专业翻译？还是其他途径？哪种是移民局认可的？
3. 关于证件公证。
各种论坛的结论不一致， 所以想求澄清。
（A） 到底要不要对中国的证件，证明进行公证？
（B） 一般去哪里做的公证能被移民局认可？
4. 关于证件有效期。
有些文件我需要提前办理， 像出生证明，以及公证（如果确实是移民局要求的话）。 那么移民局对这一文件的有效期，或者有效时限有规定吗？ 例如， 2年前的证明，公证是否依然有效？
