PERM Prevailing wage 的跟进问题－麻烦8老师了。

8老师，昨天的问题，还有几个跟进的问题麻烦您一下。

之前您的回答。

公司律师的观点是，公司不愿承诺加工资到wage1. 如果用wage1递交485,公司就有责任加到wage1. 他们不愿这样。
这就是公司律师不愿意冒风险485的原因.
-If they want to file a new PERM, they may open another PERM position for you and use the new prevail wage from DOL for this new position to meet the salary they can afford to you. It should be easy to open a new position with new prevail wage. You can use the priority date of the old I-140 for the new I-140.

我的跟进问题。

USCIS将来会检查我的公司我的工资有没有提高到wage1吗？

 

如果将来工资没有加到wage1.公司会担什么责任吗？

 

我可以自己提交485吗？我手上有140 approval 的复印件。

如果可以，是不是公司只要支持，律师就没有权利不让我提交呢？

 

我需要140 approval的原件提交485吗？
