-If DOL find it (e.g. somebody such as the beneficiary (you) or other employee complain it to DOL, etc.), the employer will be punished such as fine some money, or prohibit the employer to file PERM for foreign employee, etc.
我可以自己提交485吗？
-Yes, but you still need an employment verification letter from the employer addressing that the position and conditions will be still available to you after you get the green card.
我手上有140 approval 的复印件。
如果可以，是不是公司只要支持，律师就没有权利不让我提交呢？
-Yes.

-No, photocopy is enough.
