皮老师和8老师,我I-94有没有过期?

我的H1B 09/30/2014过期。公司给renew.新的H1B valid from10/01/2014 to 09/30/2017.  Petition notice date is 08/11/2014. I-94attach with H1B petition also valid from 10/01/2014 to 09/30/2017. 新的H1B 8/19/2014左右寄到law firm. 公司的HR 08/26/2014左右收到。而我是08/22/2014去加拿大看父母用的旧的H1B. 回来的时侯，跟据旧的H1B拿到了I-94expired at 09/30/2014. 我这种情况有没有I-94过期？
