那我现在排期到了，准备递485。为什么公司律师要我过境去拿新的I-94。她的原话是：your H1B approval notice was issued on 8/11/14. Your I-94 was issued to be valid until 9/30/2014. Per the USCIS regulations, your I-94 is now expired. They consider the last action taken on your I-94 be your expiry date. I strongly recommend that you leave the US and re-enter ASAP with the new H1B approval notice before we file the AOS application.
